No customer support response

I have been using this app for almost two years. Recently, after the most recent update, an issue has cropped up where the step counter runs backwards when I start to walk after a pause, losing as many as 150 steps. Thats tough.

I emailed technical support to no avail. They have not replied at all to my request for help. There are many other apps out there, e.g., Walker, Argus, etc. Save your money.
