the free version keeps track of both daily total steps (up to 3000 steps) and current steps... full version only keeps track of current steps

Footsteps.

Love it. Keep making apps like this.

Doesnt work!

Counted accurately - I think - for a few days, then for some reason didnt count my 5,000 steps one day! Not worth buying!!

Perfect for Me

Love the simplicity of this app. The display characters are large, easy to read, and not cluttered by a bunch of useless graphics. Once you accurately determine the length of your pace, it is accurate and very easy to use. If you want an app with just the basics, this one hits the mark.

So disappointed

In the beginning I loved this app. I paid the $1.99 fee to get the full version. After using it for two weeks it does not record my steps properly nor my time or anything.

This was a great little app

I used the free version and liked it. Then bought the paid version which also worked well until they started "upgrading" it. It is almost useless now. It is now so inaccurate Ive had to stop using it. What a shame. Why cant they leave something that works alone???!!!

Nice & Easy

I like this app for a simple reason: you can use it as simply or as complex as you desire. I need to walk because of a disability, but Ill never run a marathon. Yet, the app is so flexible that it can be used either way. For me, I get my steps, distance & time. Thats just what the doctor ordered. Try it, youll like it!

Not accurate

Okay app. I cant always count on its accuratacy especially with my iPhone 6. I use it as backup to my Fitbit. Good little tool!

Doesnt seem to be accurate!

Doesnt match up with fit bit!! Shows 1/2 mile more than wifes fit bit.

Better than the average

It records calories burned differently if you carry your phone in your hand versus in your pocket. I asked for the creators to explain this difference but they never answered my email question. Despite this problem I still think the program is better and the average. Im still giving it a mostly positive review.

Somewhat inaccurate but best app so far

Overestimates distance 3x and speed intermittently jumps to 20 some mph when I jog at 3.5-4mph (set in auto mode). The readings are accurate only when walking but even then sometimes the step readings stop working and then turn back on. The key is to keep the Walk mode on at all times and stop using Auto or Run mode until there is a fix. This is the best pedometer app so far I found (you dont have to give your email or personal information etc for joining their group and get junk emails). I do hope the little bugs get fixed.

Solid!

Convenient, straightforward and as accurate as anything else out there. Does what its supposed to.

Horrible

This app drives me nuts. The lousy ticking is annoying! I paid $1.99 for a miserable app. Giving it a 1-Star is a gift.

good app

fairly accurate, and I like the metronome function that helps me maintain my pace as I tire.

Does what it says!

I love this app & use it all the time! The auto pause is awesome, no worry & easy to use! What app out there is atomic clock accurate?! I have no less than 4 apps for walking & no two agree on the outcome of my walk!

Just what I need

I cant afford a fit bit right now so this app works fine for my current needs to keep up with my steps to aid in weight loss.

Great!!

I tried the free app first. It only logged to 3000 steps so I bought the $2.99 version. I love it! It does everything I want it to do!

Just what I needed

I ordered on the recommendation of a close friend. It was everything they said it would be. Have logged just under 500 walking miles since my purchase and I love being able to have an accurate record of my workouts. Great product.

Better than Fitbit

More accuracy than wrist band Fitbit that my wife has.

Less than satisfactory

I just upgraded to the full version yesterday when my free version only went up to 3000 steps. Needless to say my walk was not over yet. I upgraded to the full version and on todays walk I was averaging 3.8 mph because I know how long it takes me to get from one landmark to another and wants to pace I have to keep. Along the way in the "lock mode" the audible pace noise that sets the tempo would cut in and cut out. As Im walking and looking at this app the MPH was anywhere from 1.9 - 3.9 mph. At the end of my walk which should have been 1.75 miles it told me I had only walked 1.23 miles at 1.9 mph avg. if I try to put my iPhone 5s in my pocket while walking it would stop altogether! I had to carry it in my hand the whole time during my walk and 8°F weather. Its still cut in and out but was a little better. Another feature I think it should have and does not would be the ability to calculate your distance based on the duration of the walk/run and mph you were walking/running as well as sensing if you are ascending or descending hills. If were going to pay for the full version we might as well get our moneys worth.
